Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the Service at any time.

2. Cancelling your account

Go to Settings → Delete Account to cancel and permanently delete your account and deals. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You can also email help@sahaaya.club and we will do it for you.

3. Pro plan

• Pro renews automatically every 30 days (₹399, monthly) or 365 days (₹3,990, yearly) until you cancel. To stop it, open Plan & billing and choose Cancel autopay; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
• 7-day refund on a charge you did not expect. If a renewal is charged and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full and cancel autopay.
• 7-day refund on your first payment. If you are not happy with Pro, email us within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it in full, no reason needed.
• After that, a payment for a period already started is not refundable, because Pro is available to you for the whole period. Where Indian consumer law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
• Time given by a coupon or by us has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the Pro time it bought ends.

4. Billing problems

If you were charged twice, the payment went through but Pro did not start, or you believe you were charged in error, email help@sahaaya.clubwith your order number (shown under Plan & billing) or the transaction details. We will respond within 7 days and refund any amount charged in error within 7 working days of confirming it.
