Connect Gmail and Instagram and Sahaaya Club adds your brand deals to the pipeline for you. Read-only, brand deals only, every day on Pro and once a week on Free.
How it works
- 1You connect Gmail and Instagram. You approve read-only access on Google's or Instagram's own screen. We never see your password.
- 2We check what is new since the last time. Pro is checked every morning (around 8:00 AM IST) and Free once a week. Each check reads only the emails and DMs that arrived since the previous one, so a weekly check still covers the whole week. With Pro you can also press Sync now whenever you want it checked right away.
- 3Unrelated messages are dropped on our side. A simple filter looks for collaboration signals such as "paid collaboration", "sponsored" or "campaign", or a rupee or dollar amount next to words like video, reel or post. Messages without them are ignored and never sent to the AI.
- 4AI checks the few that remain. Only the possible brand deals are read by an AI model, which decides whether each one is a genuine brand opportunity and picks out the brand, contact, amount and dates.
- 5A deal appears in Inbound. Genuine brand deals are added to your Inbound column with a small Gmail or Instagram tag. You review them and move them along like any other deal.
- 6Replies keep the deal up to date (Pro). On Pro, when the brand replies in a conversation that is already a deal, or you reply to them, we read the new messages. A short dated note is added to the deal (for example the agreed price). Changes to the stage, amount or due date are only suggested: you get Accept and Dismiss buttons on the deal, and nothing changes until you tap Accept.

How we protect your data
- Only brand deals are tracked. Personal mail, newsletters, receipts and chats are ignored. They are never saved and, because they fail the filter, never leave our servers.
- Sent mail stays private. We only open an email you sent when its conversation is already a deal, to see what you agreed. Other sent mail is never opened, and sent mail can never create a deal.
- You decide what changes. Notes are added automatically, but stage, amount and due date changes are suggestions you accept or dismiss one by one. Dismissed suggestions are not offered again.
- We don't store your messages. We keep the deal details (brand, contact, amount, dates and a short summary) and an opaque ID of each message we have already checked, so nothing is processed twice. No email or DM text is written to our database.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and only used to run your automatic checks.
- Nothing is shared or sold, and your messages are never used for advertising. The text of a possible brand deal is sent to our AI provider, Groq, only to analyse that one message; it is not used to train AI models.
- You stay in control. Disconnect in Settings and we revoke access and delete the tokens immediately. You can also remove access from your Google account permissions or Instagram's Apps and websites settings at any time.
Good to know
- AI can make mistakes.Captured deals are tagged so you can check the details. Amounts in a currency other than rupees are noted in the deal's notes instead of the amount field.
- The Free plan can add up to 5deals a month automatically from one connected account, checked once a week. Once the month's allowance is used, further offers are not added until the 1st of the next month; Pro has no limit, connects both Gmail and Instagram and checks them every day. Sync now and reading replies on existing deals are also part of Pro. If Pro ends while both are connected, the one you connected first keeps syncing and the other is paused, not deleted.
- Instagram needs a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts can't be connected.
- It is a beta feature: some connections depend on approvals from Google and Meta.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Sahaaya Club's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail data only to find brand deals for you inside Sahaaya, we never use it for advertising, and our staff don't read it except where you ask for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
