What counts towards the 10 free deals a month?

Each deal you add yourself with + New Deal. The count resets on the 1st of every month (India time). Deleting a deal does not give it back, and editing, moving or marking a deal Paid never uses any.

Do deals from Gmail and Instagram use the same allowance?

No. Free accounts also get 5 automatically captured deals a month, separate from the 10 you add by hand. Pro has no cap on either.

How often are Gmail and Instagram checked?

On Free, once a week, and each check covers the whole week since the last one, so nothing is skipped. Pro checks every day at 8:00 AM IST and adds Sync now, to check whenever you like. Free connects one inbox (Gmail or Instagram); Pro connects both.

What happens if my Pro plan ends?

You keep every deal and all your data. You go back to the Free limits, so you can still use everything you have, and adding new deals follows the monthly allowance again.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes. You approve a UPI AutoPay, card or bank mandate with Cashfree when you pay, and the plan renews every month or year at the same price. Cashfree tells you before each charge, and you can cancel any time in Plan & billing. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

What if a renewal payment fails?

We try again over the next few days. If it still cannot be collected, your plan returns to Free when the paid time ends. You keep all your data and can start Pro again whenever you like.

Which payment methods can I use?

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, through Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
